Iron Spider-Man “Iron Spider Armor” Funko POP

From Marvel Universe, Iron Spider-Man, as a stylized Funko POP. The Iron Spider is a fictional powered exoskeleton used by several characters in Marvel Comics. Peter Parker wore this gold and red suit as Spider-Man’s official costume until writer J. Michael Straczynski chose to revert to the older costume. It was used symbolically to show the character’s divided loyalties during the 20062007Civil War” storyline. The Iron Spider Armor costume has been duplicated and used by MVP’s 3 genetic clones in the initiative who identify themselves as Red Team and also labeled the Scarlet Spiders. It is unknown as to what new powers the team possesses, but they have been shown to use some of the built-in powers such as the cloaking device, communications, and waldoes which the original costume possessed. One change is that there are now 4 waldoes, as opposed to 3. These suits have the original’s morphing ability, as well as web-shooters, and wall-crawling capability. Supported by a system similar to that of Tony Stark‘s classic Iron Man design, the Iron Spider armor features many gadgets, including 3 mechanical spider-arms, or “waldoes“, that can be used to see around corners (via cameras in the tips) and to manipulate objects indirectly. Stark describes them as too delicate to use in combat, yet Spider-Man shortly afterward uses them to smash through the sensors in Titanium Man‘s helmet. Later on during the “Civil War” arc, he uses them (reluctantly) during his fight with Captain America.

Other features include short-distance gliding capability, limited bulletproofing, built-in fire/police/emergency scanner, audio/visual amplification (including infrared and ultraviolet), cloaking device, carbon filters to keep out airborne toxins, and a short-range GPS microwave communication system. It grants the ability to breathe under water, and can morph into different shapes due to its “smart liquid metal” form. It can also “more or less disappear” when not needed due to reactions to neurological impulses as Tony Stark revealed. The new costume is able to look like other styles of costumes Spider-Man has worn over the years or turn into his street clothes. Part of the costume can detach itself from Spider-Man to cover an object too dangerous to touch, such as a radioactive asteroid. All these features are controlled by a computer system in the chest piece. The suit responds to mental control. The Iron Spider Armor also has a secret override that can be activated by Iron Man in case of emergencies or if Spider-Man ever switches sides. However, unknown to Stark, Peter was already aware of the safety measure and had bypassed it with his own override, Passcode Surprise. Perhaps most sinister, Stark discovered a way to give his own Iron Man armor a “spider-sense” based on Peter’s, and the ability to give Spider-Man’s sense red herrings.

Spider-Man Captain Universe and the Uni-Power Funko POP

From Marvel Universe, Spider-Man Captain Universe, as a stylized vinyl Funko POP. Captain Universe is a cosmic identity (recently turned female) assumed by those chosen by the “Uni-Power“. Captain Universe is endowed with the Uni-Power, a sentient energy field that seeks out people in great peril and bonds with them. In another sense, it is every person, it is the potential for heroism that lives in each of us. When the Uni-Power chooses a partner, it endows that person (or, rarely, persons) with the powers, memories, and costume of Captain Universe. The partner can use the powers of Captain Universe until the peril is surmounted. However, if the partner tries to use those powers for personal gain or for evil, the Uni-Power immediately deserts them. When a lab accident granted Spider-Man the Uni-Power, his costume was cosmically changed into the Captain Universe outfit by the Uni-Power. This form gave him incredibly enhanced senses, strength, speed, flight, a new costume and limited telekinesis.

Captain Universe’s powers and power levels vary from partner to partner, presumably to meet the demands of the job at hand. The Uni-Power also enhances the powers and abilities of a host who already has such powers and abilities. Uni-Vision, a sort of cosmic consciousness. Captain Universe can sense things on a subatomic level or at great distances. This power can also force someone to tell the truth. Matter and Energy Manipulation, Captain Universe can divert an energy flow in a different direction or convert it into a different type of energy. Diverting the flow of gravitons, for example, allows flight. Captain Universe can also change matter at the atomic level, for instance, to transmute one substance into another or to change an object’s shape. The costume furthermore (or the Uni-Power itself) protects against extremes in temperature. As Captain Universe, Spider-Man‘s strength is variable. However, it is seen that he has enough power to punch Hulk into orbit.

Spider-Man No Way Home Black/Gold Suit Funko POP

From Spider-Man No Way Home, Spider-Man in Black and Gold Suit, as a stylized Funko POP. The friendly neighborhood superhero has continued to share new looks in multiple movie appearances and got fans amazed with his upgraded gadgets. To prepare us for the Spidey’ return, Funko are ecstatic to introduce Spider-Man and his new Black and Gold Suit, one of the new suits that will be seen in the movie. Spider-Man: No Way Home, the film directed by Jon Watts, is the third installment of the Marvel/Sony franchise that follows the adventures of Peter Parker aka Spider-Man. In this new chapter we will find out what will happen to the mythical superhero of New York after the villain Mysterio reveals to the world who is hiding under the mask of Spider-Man.

Now that the identity of Peter Parker is related to that of the neighborhood superhero, the boy can no longer separate the private life from the heroic one. This is why he decides to ask for help from a colleague, Doctor Strange, who will help him on his journey to understand what it means for him to wear the Spider-Man mask. The new Black and Gold Suit indeed featured a mystical gauntlet with “Doctor Strange’s Sanctum Sanctorum” inspired design language. The suit appears to take its design cue from Miles Morales’ Black and Gold suit in the comics, it is theorized in fact that Strange could revamp Peter’s suit with some mystical abilities. The Spider-Man‘s “black and gold” suit also shows an electrical tracing embedded in it, the suit’s electrical inlays have been incorporated to deal with Electro’s abilities.
